Skill Development Training in Tailoring for Girls and Destitute Women













We have been providing 6-months training program on Tailoring & Embroidery to women every Half Yearly.at Thangadencha (V),Jupadu Banglow (M),Kurnool Dist.
We have Started from 20 April 2018 to 20 Oct 2018.
After completion of the training, each of the participants is given a free branded sewing machine and 6 tool kit.
          SERUDS has identified the need for training in sewing skills. We select the poor youth & Womens from rural villages, urban slums based on their family based on income, whom belongs to below poverty line to be eligible for this program.The course duration is six months with batch size of 25 students; the curriculum includes basic cutting, fashion designing, tailoring and zari-work.

As on till date we have been providing theoretical and practical training in design & dress making to 1500 women and girls in Kurnool District.
Every financial year we select 225 deserving poor women to impart 6 months Course training.

Cost of Every Month ;

  1. Sewing Machine Rent         - Rs.4500/-
  2.  Raw Material Kit                -Rs.1000/-
  3.  Trainer Salary                      -Rs.4000/-
  4.  Tailoring Center Rent          -Rs.1000/- 
  5.  Electricity Bill                     -Rs.200/-
  6.   Total Amount                      - Rs.10700/- Expenditure incurring for every month
